Hello fasters!!! Praise the Lord everyone! This is the day that the Lord has made so let us rejoice and be glad in it! I'm really excited about this week of fasting family. When God laid the theme on me I thought wow, we have a God that is sooo tenacious and persistent in drawing hearts to Him and delivering souls from death. And if the Son sets you free you are free indeed! What a tag line for this week but also one that we need to meditate on and trust. Today's memory verse truly says it all, "...liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound". Get free family, get free!!!
That said, may the online discussions begin! As you will notice, there are entries posted on this board from previous fasting groups. And you are free to comment on any topic, whether new or old. Nevertheless, it would be best if our posts were strictly related to fasting and what we experience during this week. Posts may consist of general comments, questions, testimonies, and prayer requests. Still, I encourage everyone to keep the messages clean, courteous and considerate. Please be mindful should a discussion or debate arise, let us remember to share our thoughts with love and kindness. As you know, each day we have scripture readings. And so please feel free to share what you have learned regarding these readings and how they apply to your lives.
Father God I pray that all mountains be removed this week and that my brother's and sister's be freed from all bondages and chains. In Jesus name, Amen!! Hallelujah!!!! Glory to God!!!
