Greetings Fasters!!
Praise the Lord and welcome aboard!! Know for a surety that God has called you to fast for such a time as this. Notice the theme: "The Beginning of the End". This fast will accomplish a great work - that is, all that God must do in order to bring about the end of the old man or woman in us and the birth the new man or woman that He originally created us to be. May you find peace in the destruction of that which doesn't belong in your life and the manifestation of the things that do belong...the things that God has ordained for your preservation and salvation. Submit yourselves to God family and watch Him do for you what you cannot do for yourselves. Allow yourselves to experience the joy and pleasure to be called a child of the most High God and of following Him circumspectly.
Refer to the instructions for the fast in the booklet as a guide for this week. Also pay close attention to the scripture readings as they have been prescribed by the Holy Spirit for your learning and growth, not to mention your sanctification. If you need an extra hard copy of the fasting booklet please don't hesitate to contact R.H.S. Ministries at rhsministry@gmail.com
As you will notice, there are entries posted on this discussion board from previous fasting groups. And you are free to comment on any topic, whether new or old. Nevertheless, it would be best if our posts were strictly related to fasting and what we experience during this particular week. Posts may consist of general comments, questions, testimonies, and prayer requests. Still, I encourage everyone to keep the messages clean, courteous and considerate. Please be mindful! Should a heavy discussion or debate arise, let us remember to share our thoughts with love and kindness. As you know, each day we have scripture readings. Please feel free to share what you have learned regarding these readings and how they apply to your lives.
"Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen!" (Jude 24-25)
May God bless you and keep you throughout the week!!
